1.                  The home team will take infield first, beginning one half hour before game time.  Each team will have 15 minutes for infield.  The field will be available one hour prior to game time.

2.                  Anyone other than properly identified coaches, managers, team personnel or players in uniform are not permitted in the dugout.

3.                  Minimum of 20 minutes of warm-up time allowed after arrival of bus. 

4.                  Live batting practice will be allowed up to one hour prior to game time.  Teams will not use regulation balls during batting practice

5.                  League make-up games take priority over non-league games.  This means league games will be made up in the order of the original league schedule. 

6.                  Failure to make-up games on the first available date and/or at the expense of conflicting non-league or JV games, unless by mutual agreement of all AD’s involved, will result in a forfeiture by the offending team or teams.

7.                  The League President will serve as the final authority for arbitration regarding make-up of league baseball games.

8.                  Teams do not have to play during their spring breaks or Saturdays.  They may play by mutual consent of both schools concerned.

9.                  National Federation Speed-up rules will be used.

10.              Ties in league standings will be broken by the adopted tie breaker methods.  Should the regular season end with schools playing a different number of league games, the final standings will be decided by the number of wins, not percentage.

11.              Starting times of single games shall be 4:00 PM.  After Daylight savings time they shall start at 4:30 PM.  Double Headers will start at 3:00 PM on weekdays, 4:00 PM after April 1st. Games will start at 12:00 PM Saturdays

12.              If weather or darkness interferes with play so that the game is called by the umpire, it is a regulation game if five full innings have been played, or if the home team has scored a greater number of runs in 4 innings than the visitors have in 5 innings. If the game if it is not a regulation game the game will be made up from the point of suspension.  The line-up and batting order of each team shall be exactly the same as the line-up and batting order at the moment of suspension, subject to the rules governing the game.

14.              Whiffle ball soft toss, as a pre-game warm-up will be allowed in designated areas.

15.              The home team will determine if the field is playable as early as possible.

16.              A final playable date will be determined prior to the beginning of the season.

17.              The game will end after five innings if either team is ahead by 10 or more runs.

18.              TRICO ONLY – For league play double headers, the school hosting the game will be the home team in the first game and the traveling team will be the home team in the second game.
